In the 1950s, a Japanese researcher discovered that its content in the leaves increases when the tea is withered without oxygen. To be honest, we don’t have much experience with GABA teas yet, and we’re not sure whether this special production method is the reason the tea tastes so good.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eTaste\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe flavor is best described as especially round and smooth. The tea is somewhat more heavily oxidized, so the leaves have taken on a brownish-green color.
